On February 9th 2016, two lesbians from opposite coasts came together and created Lesbians Over Everything. Our goal was to create a space where women like us could share our own stories and be heard.

We came up with segments like Out on the Town , Lez Review and Aaah Real Lesbians. We published heartfelt personal essays that our readers sent in. We worked hard to bring you good, lesbian-focused content.

A few months after LOE launched,  the second co-founder resigned due to other obligations. It was a setback, but I was able to push through with the help of two new contributors– including Tanis Clark who introduced an original comic series to our site.

Lesbians Over Everything has now been in existence for a year. The content on this site is written by lesbians for lesbians, and we intend to keep it that way.

If you enjoy reading our posts, you can support us by:

  1.  Sending in submissions (either in the form of a personal essay or for one of our known segments). We can’t share your stories if you don’t send them in.
  2. Becoming a regular contributor. Shoot us an email at [email protected] to find out more information.
  3. Making a donation to our Paypal account ([email protected]) because it costs money to have our own domain and to keep this site running. (For future reference, the donate button is permanently located on the bottom right corner of the page)

Thank you for reading, liking, sharing, and leaving nice comments on posts that we’ve written. We appreciate you all and we look forward to seeing some of you at the LA meetup tonight.
